At RD MART, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure that your order reaches you in the best condition. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, costs, and tracking information.
We currently ship to India. If you are located outside these areas, we may not be able to process your order at this time.
Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within India.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed.
Processing Delays: Orders may experience delays due to product availability, payment verification, or high-demand periods. If there is a delay in processing, we will notify you via email.
RD MART offers a variety of shipping methods depending on your location and delivery preferences. Shipping options include Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and Next-Day Delivery (where available).
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 7 business days.
Next-Day Delivery: Available for certain locations, delivery by the next business day.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and are subject to delays caused by weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees depend on the delivery method you choose and your location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and you will be informed of the cost before confirming your order.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 7 within India and selected regions.
Customs and Import Taxes: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s status through the courier’s website. Tracking updates will be available once the courier processes your shipment.
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, especially if items are sourced from different vendors or warehouses. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each package.
Certain items may be restricted for shipping due to regulations or vendor-specific policies. In these cases, we will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order or if any items need to be canceled or adjusted.
If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact our customer support team at support@rdmart.shop. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Missing Packages: If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or local courier office. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery for further assistance.
Please double-check the shipping address provided when placing your order. RD MART is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there is an issue with your address, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships to make any necessary changes.
If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available to receive the package, they may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or redirecting the package. After multiple failed attempts, your package may be returned to RD MART. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for a re-shipment or refund.
