Refund Policy for RD MART

At RD MART, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how to process them.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Wrong Item Received: If the item you received does not match the one you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Refunds will not be issued for products that fall under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the product.

  • Products Used or Opened: Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund unless defective.

  • Personalized or Customized Products: Products that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us at support@rdmart.shop or directly through the app within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Return Instructions: Once your refund request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with return instructions, including how to ship the product back, if required.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to process the refund.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, such as if an item is partially used or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you with the process, which may involve returning the original item and receiving a replacement.

5. Vendor Returns

If your order was fulfilled by a third-party vendor on our marketplace, the vendor's return policy may apply. RD MART will help facilitate communication with the vendor and assist with the process. However, all refund or exchange requests must comply with the vendor's specific terms.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Gift Cards and other non-returnable products.

  • Downloadable Software or Digital Products that have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Open or Used Hygiene Products (e.g., undergarments, personal care items).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please:

  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company (if applicable), as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
