Cancellation Policy for RD MART

At RD MART, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, we offer a clear process to help. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your order and how we handle cancellations.
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge anytime before it has been shipped. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Unavailable Products: If a product you ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel the order or select an alternative product.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that cancellations will be processed once an order is in transit or after it has been dispatched from the vendor.
To cancel your order, follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us as soon as possible at support@rdmart.shop or via the app to request a cancellation.
Provide Order Details: Include your order number and any relevant details about the cancellation request.
Cancellation Confirmation: If your cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation from our support team.
Before Shipment: If your order is canceled before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, we may not be able to stop the shipment. In this case, you will need to follow the Return Policy once the item arrives.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account due to processing times by your bank or payment provider.
Some products on RD MART are sold by third-party vendors. In such cases, cancellations may be subject to the vendor's specific policies. We will assist you in reaching out to the vendor, but the final decision will be based on their return and cancellation terms.
Orders that fall under the following categories cannot be canceled:
Customized or Personalized Products: Once customized or personalized, these items cannot be canceled.
Downloadable Digital Products or services that have been accessed or activated.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled. If your cancellation request is received after the order has been dispatched, you will need to follow the Return Policy once the item is delivered.
